1. Is it pure silver?
Yes. Every piece is crafted from 92.5% pure sterling silver, the highest standard for wearable silver. All pieces are nickel-free, hallmarked with 925, and engraved with the Skand logo for authenticity.

2. Will the jewellery tarnish?
Our jewellery is built to last. It won’t tarnish if used and stored correctly. Just follow the care instructions we provide to preserve its brilliance over time.

3. What kind of stones do you use? Are they genuine?
Most designs feature natural semi-precious stones, although it varies by product. Please refer to the product description for specific details.

4. How long does the gold plating last?
Our jewellery is coated with certified 18k gold for a real gold finish. We guarantee the plating quality for 6 months. Gold and rose gold-coated items are best worn occasionally and stored with care to maintain shine.

5. What is the thickness of the plating?

  • Gold & Rose Gold: >= 1 micron
  • Rhodium: >= 0.75 micron
    Every piece is tested and certified before shipping.

6. Is it hypoallergenic?
Yes. All our pieces are hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin, thanks to an additional e-coating that seals the finish.

7. Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship across India only. International shipping will be available soon.

8. How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, with delivery usually taking up to 15 days, depending on your location.

9. Is express shipping available?
Yes, express delivery is available for an additional charge. Please contact us before placing your order to check availability for your PIN code.

10. Will I get tracking details?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp or Email.

11. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days only if the product is damaged or defective.

12. How do I raise a return or exchange request?
Visit the Return/Exchange section on our website, enter your Order ID, upload clear photos, and submit your request.

13. What items are non-returnable?

  • Items bought using discount codes or offers
  • Personalised or custom-made jewellery
  • Clearance or final-sale items

14. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item passes inspection.

16. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

17. Who designs the jewellery?
All designs are original, created by our founder and brought to life by skilled artisans in Jaipur.

18. Are your designs mass-produced?
Never. Each design is a limited edition, with only few pieces per style. Once it’s sold out, it won’t be restocked.

19. Do you offer customization or engraving?
We currently do not offer customization or personalization, as each piece is carefully crafted based on exclusive designs.

20. Where is Skand Jewellery based?
Our jewellery is handcrafted in Jaipur and lovingly managed and shipped from Mandya, Karnataka.
