Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Section 6 – Shipping and Delivery

  • Currently, we ship within India only.
  • Shipping is free (included in product price).
  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • Estimated delivery is up to 15 days, depending on the PIN code.
  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email.
  • We are not responsible for courier delays, regional restrictions, or unforeseen events (weather, strikes, etc.).

Section 7 – Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for claims.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Customized or personalized jewellery is non-returnable.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.

Section 8 – Warranty

We provide a 6-month warranty on gold, rose gold, and rhodium plating.

✅ Warranty covers:

  • Discoloration or tarnishing of plating under normal usage.

❌ Warranty does not cover:

  • Regular wear and tear
  • Scratches, breakage, or mishandling
  • Third-party repairs or alterations
  • Custom jewellery

To claim warranty:

  • Email us at support@skandjewellery.com with subject: “Warranty Request – [Order Number]”.
  • Attach clear photos/videos of the issue.
  • Our team will validate and confirm eligibility before approval.

Section 9 – Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
  • Multiple orders using the same account, payment, or address may be restricted.
  • You agree to provide accurate billing and account details.
  • It is your responsibility to promptly update your details.

Section 10 – Optional Tools

  • We may provide access to third-party tools.
  • These are provided “as is” without warranties or responsibility.
  • Use of third-party tools is at your own risk.
