Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every piece you receive from Skand Jewellery. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🌀 Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • We offer a 7-day return or exchange window only for items that are damaged or defective.
  • An unboxing video (from sealed package to product) is mandatory for any claims related to damage, defects, or missing items.
  • Items must be unused, with all original packaging, tags, and invoice included.
  • If the same item is unavailable for exchange, we’ll help you choose an alternative or process a refund.
  • Delivery charges will not be refunded.

🔁 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit the Return/Exchange section on our website or use this direct link: Return/Exchange
  2. Enter your Skand Order ID and Contact Number.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  4. Fill in the required details:
  • Select a valid reason
  • Upload at least two clear images
  • Choose refund method (for returns) or desired variant (for exchanges)
  • Review and submit your request.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and verify the returned item, we initiate the refund process.
  • Refund Timeline: 5–7 working days (subject to RBI guidelines).
  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.

🔒 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased using any sale/discount code or coupon
  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” products (as mentioned on product page)
