Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to love every piece you receive from Skand Jewellery. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
🌀 Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- We offer a 7-day return or exchange window only for items that are damaged or defective.
- An unboxing video (from sealed package to product) is mandatory for any claims related to damage, defects, or missing items.
- Items must be unused, with all original packaging, tags, and invoice included.
- If the same item is unavailable for exchange, we’ll help you choose an alternative or process a refund.
- Delivery charges will not be refunded.
🔁 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Visit the Return/Exchange section on our website or use this direct link: Return/Exchange
- Enter your Skand Order ID and Contact Number.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Fill in the required details:
- Select a valid reason
- Upload at least two clear images
- Choose refund method (for returns) or desired variant (for exchanges)
- Review and submit your request.
💸 Refunds
- Once we receive and verify the returned item, we initiate the refund process.
- Refund Timeline: 5–7 working days (subject to RBI guidelines).
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
🔒 Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased using any sale/discount code or coupon
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Clearance or “Final Sale” products (as mentioned on product page)
